Can someone please measure the trunk opening?

As the title says, length and width of the opening please?

I have to lug a bunch of gear to work and need to start condensing and buying different bags if I cant get my current ones to fit through the opening.

Thanks!!

I would recommend the floor depth also. Titling items to get in.

I got:

Trunk opening itself:

34 inches wide (at widest point) It narrows to 22 inches near the latch.
13 inches deep (from center of trunk latch to the top of opening).

The truck floor is 18 inches deep from the top of opening to floor.

The trunk sucks.......

I am seriously looking at the new camaro SS. My biggest gripe is the small trunk. I am a big cyclist and occasionally would like to get a road bicycle in the back with the wheels off. Does the trunk get any wider than the 34" at the opening?

Thanks

That might be a very tight fit trying to angle the bike in and getting it through the small seat pass-through. Your best bet would be to go the dealer with your bike.

Thanks for the help. I was thinking of going to the dealer with the bike, but thought they might cringe when I try to fit my bike into their new car..
