A Challenge from the Fbodfather!

Good afternoon, Camaro Comrades and Firebird Friends!

Chevrolet is a sponsor of "Cellphones for Soldiers" - a very worthwhile organization that's provided over 7 million dollars worth of calling-cards to our Military Personnel so that they may call home from anywhere in the world.

Now -

---How many of you have an old cellphone or two hidden away in a drawer? What about a PDA?

Here's a way to put them to good use - AND - if you are one of a few select that bring us the most Cellphones and PDAs to Camaro5Fest III - you might win one of a few very 'interesting' items.


>a 'wheel cover' from the original Camaro Concept in Clay -- (when was the last time you saw one of those???) -signed by GM Design Personnel

>a wheel 'cover' from the original Camaro 45th Concept -- signed by GM Design Personnel

>a clay side-mirror from the original full size Camaro production-intent Clay Model - signed by GM Design Personnel

>a lithograph signed by the Camaro Team


Here's how it will work:

Start NOW - collecting cellphones and PDAs from your friends, family, and coworkers.

Box 'em up and bring them with you to Camaro5fest - we'll be collecting them at the Chevy Tent. Make sure you sign in with the correct number.

They don't have to be 'scrubbed.' The recycler cleans all contacts and data off the phones. The proceeds from the recycling and reselling of the phones/PDA's are used to buy calling cards for our men and women serving overseas in the Armed Services.

We'll keep tabs on who brought the most phones - the person with the most phones/PDAs will have first selection from the 'goodies' - 2nd most phones/PDAs gets their second choice - and so on......

You've got three months to collect!

Let's clean out those drawers -- let's talk to our friends, coworkers, family, and club members............

Let's show the Men and Women who are preserving our freedom just how much the Camaro Community cares about them!

Bringing all my OLD one's. I just lost one and had to buy a new Phone :( GRRRRRRRRRRRR I wish they'd make a DUMB phone < I can't figure out how to use the new SMART phone :( LOL

haha...love my samsung epic. best phone i've ever had. so many gadgets on it...and i use them ALL!
