Has anybody seen the comments on that video? Somebody posted a video of a Camaro ss bolt ons with 3.91 gears and another ss with bolt ons and cammed with stock gears. They say that changing gears or getting a cam will basically give you same results?? How true is this

That was actually me arguing with the guy in the comments. I cant see a camaro with 3.91 and bolt ons running the same times as a Cammed camaro with bolt ons. The car he raced either has a bad tune or driver. Just doesnt make sense at all.

Their was a vid a while back on ls1tech. Of a 3.91 geared full bolt on ls3 vs a cammed bolt on stock geared ls3. And it was dead even looks like gears do wonders for these cars.

The 1LE actually has the same internal trans ratios of the Z/28, not the ZL1. 1st through 4th appear to be identical but 5th and 6th are different.
