HPS kit, do I still need my other mods?

If you go single turbo (HPS KIT), will the air intake, catch can(elite), and LT headers w/ hf cats be pointless?

I will be going FI by next summer sometime after my bumper to bumper warranty runs out and i just want to be sure im not buying pointless items lol

I want to go with the HPS front mount kit because of the gains i have seen!

Do a quick search on here about the nightmares folks (including myself) have had with HPS. They aren't a sponsor on here anymore. I can't recommend HPS at all.

Yeah I live not to far from the shop and their kits are nightmares. I have seen all the messed up cars up close as most of them are in my car club. I have never said nothing before but beware. They are closing their doors soon also. My buddy owner of Spartan Racing has a shop full of their work that he is fixing now.

so whats the best turbo kit in your opinion. the kit that makes the most hp and tq while on mostly stock components. rather not replace the fuel pump but i might go stall converter

Direct injection no point to replace fuel pump

Forged internals are pointless since car doesn't have enough fuel to make power level.

All components will remain stock turbo kit will replace intake and headers

I like turbos but that's me on a v6 your tq will be higher with a turbo. With this car a single will work fine. Tracy knows what he is doing i would go with him, or find a shop that can build you a custom kit.

If you're doing an rx system, plan for your car to be gone for awhile because as far as I know, he doesn't ship turbo kits.

If you're convinced on a turbo kit, the only real option u have is rx because sts sucks and hps has a lot of problems.

I wouldn't take this decision lightly, research research research. If your car is a daily driver, be 100% sure that the kit you get is reliable because you'll hate your car if the kit gives u nothing but headaches and never works
