Considering I have had great success with SLP with my Trans Am, I will be buying all my aftermarket exhaust from them.
If the "functional" hood looks aesthetically pleasing, sure. Not too keen on the hood shown on the SLP brocure. Too gawdy and does not flow with the lines of the Camaro..Opening needs to be more forward. After the powertrain warranty expires? Magnuson....And 3.73 gearing..

It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas. What do you say, is it the new Bluesmobile or what?

No point in doing both. Unless you're running a huge cam, that is. If you have a huge cam with high spring pressures and high RPM's, you might want to upgrade your valvetrain to something more durable. |

I wonder if they will come back with the power pacs. I remember thinking before I had a car, and I was eying up the 4th gen that it was so convenient to just buy a package of parts to get XXX number of ponies.

Could you imagine how much HP the 6.2L V8 would be cranking!!!

I'm sure slp will have power packs. The only problem is you can get MUCH MUCH MOre for less $$ elswhere. SLP has pretty shitty customer service (from first hand) and thier prices are often quite high.
