Man this one was dug from the grave! But on topic as last post was from 2015 prior to today, I seem to see that 2015 Magenta color of all colors of non special editions is rarest. I see ABM often enough, usually see a few SGM’s, rare to see Imperial Blue, Red Jewel, and Cyber Gray.

Sometimes our minds are drawn towards certain colors or certain cars that we spot more easily. As a fellow ABM owner I can spot them a mile away behind a building with barely a hint of a fender it seems. I spotted one through the service department open garage on the back side of the building the other day.

That being said, BluePhoenix is right. Deep Magenta ended up being the rarest color because it was a 1 year minimally sought after color where most of them are V6 cars and the ones that were SS cars were almost exclusively ordered at automatics. Still second to Deep Magenta, ABM is the rarest 5th gen non-special edition color.

Welcome to the forums and congrats on an awesome color!!

I know I’m in a pretty small town area but there’s only one other abm I’ve ever seen in town. Definitely don’t come across them too often. I’ve seen a few in Albuquerque and one or two around DC when visiting home.

Do not know if anybody will see this since it is 2 years after the last post, I'm brand new to this site and have had my camaro for about 3 weeks so far. I've searched and searched and cannot find the build numbers for my car, I know about the white book. but also I didn't really want to spend $30 on something I am literally looking at once just to see how many of my car are out there.

2010 Camaro 2SS/RS IOM Black Stripes with Orange and black interior, and also was built in July of 2009 and has the GM chiclets.

I think I got lucky finding my 2010 ABM 2SS grey interior 6 speed manual, with no mods. I think based on how many 2SS with 6manual were made is around 300. Will it be a collectors item one day? maybe, but that may only mean its worth 10-15k in 25 years, in primo condition. I bought the car with 14k miles, but it ha chips in the paint. All cars were built with the idea that they would be driven, not stored. So we will drive it and enjoy, just as I do with my 69 Camaro. When I am old and grey and likely passing the car on to my kids, I will be able to look back at a ton of memories from driving American muscle cars and classics, from the 50's, 60's and my 2010 SS .
If it’s low mileage it’s 20k today. In 25 yrs it’ll be minimum 32-34k which is the cost brand new. Though I’d imagine it’d close to 40k with inflation.

There’s not many. Def not the rarest color as I think RJT or Senergy green is. However ABM is probably a color most enjoy looking at.

I’ll drink to that! ABM is killer in person. GM screwed the early marketing on it up really bad. Mine has never looked anywhere near as teal as some of the marketing pictures make it look. Here’s a picture of it in mostly shade, still very blue. It’s definitely a kick ass color.
