What happened to the air ports under the tail lights where the hot air will escape from the trans and diff cooling? You can tell that wasn't designed by an engineer.

I was just thinking this.

The car is too angular in the rear. Round lights don't work very well.

I really like the round tail light aftermarket option. It looks much cleaner to me. The factory read end is way too busy for me.

For me the aftermarket option addresses the wrong part of the back of the C7. I like the factory C7 tail lights. It's the huge black area covering the lower half of the back that I don't care for. Still an awesome car though!

either work for me but.

1. $2800 for tail lights = nuts.
2. the new C7 lights are a lot more aggressive
3. change is good.

No......Way......
It ruins the rear end instead of making it look better. Bland and boring.

Fail!

The round taillights do not go with the rest of the styling at all.

Maybe you need to brush up on your reading skills. It does say the vent is addressed (and it is in large friendly letters too!)

Soooooo intead of just pointing it out you have to challenge my reading skills?

Is everything an opportunity for you to make a personal challenge??

Simply stating that they addressed it would have been fine and then prompting some discussion on how you thought they did actually address it.

My conern though was HOW they addressed it. GM has two vents on each side. Simply saying it was addressed didn't help me. I'm not sure in the post or a quick look at the website how it addresses the 4 vents GM has engineered into the back of the C7. Does the kit come with new vents? Didn't read that in the original post or website with my apparently limited reading skills.

So where it says "Air will be pass" is where I'm supposed to conclude that a guy in his tool shed figured out something a team of GM engineers couldn't, but then he couldn't put together a gramatically correct sentence to sell people $3,000 tail lights? What air is he reffering to? You're assuming a lot of things based on their advertisement. The vents under the tails of the stock rear are there for a reason.
