I used it for about a yr maybe less. Im selling my car thus the removal of it. youll probably want to clean the filter since its probably about the time to do it, I never bought the cleaning kit. window has some scratches and has a scratch on the paint of the tube from where the engine cover touches it and from vibration it removed the paint. see pictures also another scratch on back part of tube but you wont see it since when installed you cant see it. you can buy a new window anad cleaning kit from CAI .

Do it, swagner, you won't regret it! The scratch on the tube is normal, as our engine cover rubs against it. If you're worried about the window, some Meguiars Ultimate Polishing Compound should clean it right up, if it's not too deep. I returned my K&N for the CAI intake, and I have zero regrets!

He just has it slapped together wrong in the pics.

Seriously, it's just mixed up after he uninstalled it. I've seen a few members do this when taking a photo of it out of the car.
