Thanks Number 3, I did find that post...It seems that the A6 is very impressive as far as automatics go. Hopefully by the end of this week some more posts will appear regarding driving the A6 as some order begin to pop up!!!!!

Just a little nanny note here. On your car don't do that, especially during break in. Wait a little longer after starting to rev. In my opinion... it's better for the engine.

Guess it's a pet peeve sorry lol.

that didn't sound like it tached up high at all, should be fine.

I've driven a couple of L99 cars, including the orange one in the video.
You will not be disappointed. The 6-speed auto is smooth, and the exhaust sounds great when you 'open it up'.

Also... the "Tapshift" manual mode allows you to shift when you feel like it. The downshifts in this mode are very similar to what you would feel in a manual trans car. I was quite impressed.
