Suwanee/Atlanta Install Hurst Short Throw - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I'm looking for someone who knows who would be able to refer me to a shop that would install my Hurst Short Throw shifter on my 2013 SS. I've made an attempt and I just don't feel comfortable digging into it when Hurst hasn't updated any videos or even the instructions for the subtle differences of the 2013.

So rather than me getting half way into it and getting stuck, I'd rather pay someone who knows what they are doing. Any help would be appreciated.

MTI is going to bust your balls on price. My suggestion is to call around. Give MTI, Vengeance, and Josh @ Spartan Performance a call.

I'd be willing to bet your cheapest place will be at Josh's but does quality work just like MTI and Vengeance.

Josh will be closer, but I haven't had him work on my car. Gwinnett Tire and Performance in Lawrenceville does good work.

Appreciate the feedback all.. I'll check around as I'm not in a rush to get it done. I might just find someone and then combine it with a few other upgrades that are on the wish list and haven't passed the wife test yet..

GTA in Lawrenceville can do most anything. They installed my exhaust and aligned my car after I did the springs and timed the bushings. A couple of other people have been there and loved it. They do speed shop work and other work too. Talk to Scott if you call, but you probably will anyway.
