Recall or TSB? there is a difference, in a recall they send out notices, on a TSB they just wait till you bring it in and do it without you knowing most of the time...

The HVAC Reprogram applies to just about everyone - the rear spoiler fasterners doesn't.
Call 'em with your vin and they will tell you what you need. I went in to get a tire fixed and they did mine.

I stopped by my dealer where one of my friends is the Service Manager and we looked it up. Not a recall, so nobody is going to receive any mailer. It's a service informational item (glorified bulletin) that whenever a car comes in that it applies to as listed in VIS, they are to do the items listed.

I checked my VIN, built in NOV, none of the items applied. Looks like it is for VINS though the 36,600 range, mine is in the 72,000 range. If you'd like to see if it affects yours, give your service dept a call with your VIN.

Those are all issues posted here as far back as a few weeks after the first deliveries. It's easy to miss posts due to the mountain of messages in the forum. Perhaps a recall/ TSB thread would help?
