That's terrible. Someone messed up and probably was too scared to admit what he had done. I hope they fix it to your approval and don't charge you a dime. They should be bending over backwards to keep your business.

Make sure they didn't simply bend the plastic back into place - it'll never look right again.
you're right...I'll make sure to look at it up and down before i take it.

That is wrong...the way the economy is, you would think businesses would treat the customer like they are kings/queens, but they seemed to chase customers away with crap like that.

What a bunch of morons, the tech that worked on the car should be crucified for messing up like that. Being that piece is only plastic is should be pretty easy to fix, Hope all goes well.

Hope they fix it to your satisfaction.

Wow... it looks like someone got a little confused and pried/shimmed the fascia to get to the lights. I'd never let them touch my vehicle again after seeing that. I would not accept anything other than a replaced new fascia repainted to match the car. I would definitely be worried about what other kinda shortcut ghetto work that dealership will try and pull. If it's still messed up, I'd start possibly pursuing legal assistance ASAP. These guys obviously can't be trusted and they sure as hell will raise up a stink about paying the right folks to fix it. Or they'll try and keep it to keep cashing in on on the GM warranty work to get a little money rolling in.
