Fathers Day Show & Shine

Anyone going to the Fathers Day Show & Shine in Qualicum Beach on June 20?
Voted one of the ten best things to do on Fathers Day by the Oprah Winfrey Show.
Here's a link to the web site.

They are calling for rain on Sunday in Parksville, hope they are wrong. Are you going to look or are you putting yours in the show.

The weather people are changing their minds as we speak. Cloudy in Parksville & cloudy with sunny breaks in Qualicum for Sunday. So it is looking better every minute. We aren't putting ours in the show my husband doesn't have the best of health and if we put our car in that means for a very long day. But I will try to look you up when and if we go, you are right should be fun. I am enjoying meeting other Camaro owners from Vancouver Island.

The Friday night cruise was great. Nice variety of vehicles. I was the only 5th gen there. Probably more than 200 cars. Lasted about a hour and a half went through the seaside communities of Parksville and Quallicum. A lot of people sitting in there front yards watching and waving . Very well organized and the weather was great.

You are right it was a great show, I met some great people, also sorry I missed you Sawdusty. Talked to Bill with the orange Camaro, he says he may be up for a cruise this summer as well. I suggested he sign onto Camaro5 and we can all keep informed.
