Actually, they capped it at a 4X4 now. There's a pretty interesting "secret menu" at In-N-Out...this site goes into detail if you're curious...

I heard some cool guy in Fontana or something ordered a 40x40, and that particular store had to stop serving other customers for a half hour just to get that burger out. After that, INO laid the law down LOL
