I used to be Dragoneye...

I'd like to see refreshed interior materials IF IT NEEDS IT to compete...it probably wouldn't.
A retouched option lineup, and maybe a shuffling of colors. Possibly a couple pounds cut in weight...(one can hope) Other things I'm thinking of are too extensive to change so early...mebbe 2012/13.... |

I would like a Z28 in 2011 also. Also a sidepipe option would be cool with a ZL1 hood. But as far as the 2010, I'd settle for an 80 Zedder signature on it someplace.

If I KNEW that a Z28 was coming in 2011, I would definitely hold out for that.
Other than that, I can live with no NAV and a less-than-luxurious interior if the performance and exterior styling is as good in person as I think it's going to be. But I would be extremely disappointed if I bought a 2010 SS and the Z28 came out in 2011, simply because I've already owned 3 Z28s and just love the heritage.

I'd like to see them doing stuff with SLP again like they did with the SS in previous gens.
A widely available (not limited production) supercharged version (don't even care what they call it but Z/28 would be nice to see used again) A next gen V8 like Montrose mentioned Full removable roof panels like a vette has instead of sunroof Hood that opens like a vette Hideaway headlight option Sidepipes option Some type of special limited edition version (a few thousand a year produced) with specific exterior/interior colors, graphics, options, badging only available to that model.

How about a "super-camaro"....just like the ZR-1 vette. Give the folks who are willing to pay for it the abiliity to go through a TRUE pre-order/special order process where we can get the LS7/LS9, cloth or leather, add JetStream blue, wider rear wheels, ability to add GMPP parts via RPO/LPO.....
And yes, I do see this costing $60K or more to accomplish, just to set expectations. It's obvious that the days of real super-performance vehicles is coming to a close due to all of the "tree huggers" out there so let's go wild one last time. GM doesn't have to advertise this one....work it through the enthusiast forums and you'll see enough. This would be a limited edition just like the Ron Fellows, ZRs, etc....and PLEASE don't put the z28 badging on it...this is BETTER than a z28! |

Zedder, Scott, and the GM team:
All I ask is a reasonably priced Z28 that can compete with the GT500. And offer a slick green color if you can make it work on the body. If not then forget the green and like you said yourself.. Just make a Z. I'll be waiting at the dealership when it arrives. Also, Scott and Zedder can check their PMs for a simple question on timetables. Just for planning purposes. |
