Aftermarket Top On the Horizon?

I just got off the phone with Robbins Auto Top LLC and they said they are currently working on the pattern for 5th Gen Camaro's. I'm really psyched because I've thinking about going with a white top for my RJT.

The customer service rep said to inquire back around the first of the year.

That would be slick. I'd imagine it would require more upkeep to keep it clean in the fall/spring.

what we really need is a better quality boot cover, perhaps something fiberglass or carbon fiber

I'd go for this. The plastic/vinyl "tonneau" doesn't look like it's going to hold up very well. If I had a secure rigid cover, I may take the top off altogether to save the weight. I'm thinking of the covers you see on pickup truck beds. Might be cool in body color paint. Could even provide additional lockable storage. Hmmm.....

Here is one that was made for my Mustang. It has seat belts underneath that secure it into the seat belt receptacles in the back seat. It is made of fiberglass.

Nice. Who made it and will they make one for my Camaro?
