So you want to compare the performance of a stock GT500 with an uber-modded, aftermarket Camaro? Okay, I concede, the Nickey Camaro wins.

OK I'll bite, how about we see a $79k gt500kr hang with that...

pulley swap and suspension sprinkled with fairey dust with a huge price premium will not keep up with a similarly priced camaro supercar....game over

I agree completely but, for the record, the KR features the same pulley as the regular GT500. It would be no contest. However, why are you even comparing a KR to the Nickey Camaro? Apples to apples, you would need to compare the 725hp Shelby SuperSnake to the 700hp Nickey Stage III.

Don't matter, same result.

Thanks, Nostradamus. That may very well be the case and, if so, that's no skin off my nose but I'd prefer to have an actual comparison and some data to support the results versus the pure speculation/supposition you've put forth.

We don't know what these stages will cost yet so how can you say if it's worth it or not? Stage one does not get the hood but it does get a cam. We know the GM hot cam is good for 50HP so I would not be surprised if the Stage I deal gets you 500HP!

That's straight money, right there! I love the hood on both the red and yellow concept drawing, but the wheels on the red one fit more...

Modern muscle wheels for a modern muscle car.

That is one of the Great things about building Custom and Personalized Camaros, you get to build what you and/or your Customers like.

I asked John to incorporate those wheels, because I Like them and want them on my 2010 Nickey Camaro. I had a vintage set on my very first Camaro.

While most of our current orders do have the Vintage Style Retro 5 spoke Wheels, other options will be available, including the offerings direct from GM.

Nickey was the only Super Car converter from the 1960s to have their very own proprietary Nickey Wheels. They did however use other types on their Conversion Cars. Some Nickey Camaros even left the dealership on Stock Wheels.

We very much would like to keep that same motif used to build the original Nickey Cars.

While Billet Hub/Center Caps will be standard on all 3 Stages, the wheels will be an option.

Thank you for your opinions.

hood

that hood is only meant for 1 car... a 67 BB vette...in my opinion. The cowl hood is awesome and looks the best on the camaro and chevelle
