Worst techs ever
So I had my car at the dealer for some work and while I'm there I asked to have the plastic"top hat" hold downs for the tonneau cover elastic installed. (They never installed them during PDI). The first tech asked me to show him where they went! I showed him he still looked puzzled. He got called away and they sent over another top notch tech. My salesman myself and this tech are standing next to my car. The top is UP. I hand him the bag with the bolts tell him what they are for and he asks if the tonneau cover is on
 I kid you not. I took the bolts back and told him to get away from my car. You can't make this stuff up
