Alky Control with Prometh trunk tank

Heya, gonna install this used Alky Control system tomorrow but wanted to know if anyone had a full write up of someone using the alky control with the pro meth camaro trunk tank? Biggest question is what type of tubing to use from the trunk tank to the intake nozzle. It came with some braided lines for the connection to the jet but not sure how to run it all the way to the pump in the trunk.

Thanks for any info

+1 JDP thats where I got my alky kit and AIS meth tank. I think the AIS tank is the best option ive seen for a gen 5.

Dule? Really? Duel is bad enough, but dule takes it to another level.

Thanks I milled a bracket for the pump to mount onto the back of the tank and got a local hose company to make me some braided line with same ends. Got it plumped up but snow has stopped me from finishing the other day. Will update later. Thanks again guys

Heya all, got the meth kit installed, all but the nozzle. Waiting on IAT relocation harness to come in to make it cleaner looking.

As far as Meth is concerned are you guys buying it locally and running 50/50? I'm basically doing meth for the lower IAT's and was figuring just running 50/50 or could I run 30/70 which is what the washer fluid comes in at? Or do you have a better option from local shops, I kept reading you can find pure 99% methanol at TCS/home depot/ lowes but I can't seem to find it by me. If you've seen it at your shops could you post a pic of the can your using?

Thanks again!

Go there for a dealer near you. I run 100 percent meth.

I would call a local performance shop(any performance shop not just cars) to see if they sell it. I used to live in San Antonio, TX and would drive to VP headquarters and would pay $54 for a 5 gal pal of M1(100%). I moved to Houston last year and started buying from a local shop and I get 5 gals for $25 now. The shop buys it by the drum so its cheaper that way!

I bought a couple 5 gallon cans for my meth, the guy I buy it from gives me a discount if I buy it 20 gal at a time. Works out for me to about 23 bucks a 5 gallon jug. But I go through meth, when I drive the car, more than most, considering I have dual nozzles, and drive it like I stole it. Otherwise, that meth would just sit there for ever and get old.
