I do believe the "Ice possible" is triggered by the temp. Our ther cars do similar things--some ding, have other lights, etc. Ironically, when this was taken in the driveway we were in the middle of freezing rain and as you can see on the drive it was a sheet of ice!

Yeah as soon as my car (G5) senses it is just above freezing or lower, "Ice Possible" appears in my driver's info center upon startup, then dissapears after a few seconds

OK here are answers to a few of your questions-sorry it took so long for a few of them!

The acoustics were great, not sure where all 9 speakers are? 2 on each door, 1 center dash, at least 2 in the back-That's seven? I'll ask I really wish we had the connectivity package, but at least were able to plug the ipod in through the aux. jack and with 2 people in the car it was not as difficult to use the ipods controls, but I would want it on my own vehicle.

I think the skip-shift questions have been answered by others-Thanks! I drove it quite a bit before the questin was asked and I had to ask my husband if the car even had it because it never engaged while I was driving?

The standard headlights were great. We hit quite a bi of fog through GA on the way home and they lit the road up great. The halos are cool though, but if you aren't ordering the package I think you'll find the standard headlamps are sufficient.

The wheels are painted aluminum.

I know many of you were disappointed with the sound (and lack of burnouts!), but it is a company car and needs to be treated well-remember this will be someone else's car one day! I agree, we could have done a similar drive away as the V6, but those videos were being shot pretty much in the backround and not really staged. The person shooting those videos left before we did, so he really didn't have a chance to set up a shot. In hindsight maybe we should have. It does sound better in person, but not as good as the 68 and 69!!! Different time period!!!

Hope this answers many of your questions-hope I didn't miss any? If I did, feel free to ask again!

Hey Heather, I know it has been said, but it can't be said enough. THANK YOU so much for all you guys have done in getting this info out to people. Even though you don't have time to answer all the questions or maybe don't know all the answers, we have learned tons of little and big details we wouldnt have known without ya.

Another big thank you Heather for sharing your trip with all of us. It made the last 2 weeks seem to fly-by getting updates on your trip.

A question.

Who are cars like this sold to? If someone ordered this exact car, could they get it? How would someone know? Are they discounted?

I just got home from a quick trip to the grocery store and had the craziest thing happen...My husband left about two hours prior to return to Toronto and I was heading up Whitmore Lake Rd. in Brighton less than a half mile from my house and I pass a Victory Red Camaro!!! I actually had to think about it, but I knew it couldn't be him-It was not. Not sure if it was an SS or a V6 it passed me rather quickly! Number 3 were you in my area?
