Sorry, but other than *maybe* acting like a dick, I don't see the big huge crime he committed. Him slightly edging toward your lane (but not actually going into your lane by the looks of the video) could have been caused by any number of things, but you assumed the reason. There's too many assumptions being made here, especially by people who haven't even seen the video. For example, his reason for accelerating/deccelerating could have easily been because he was trying to get a better look at your car. I see absolutely no confirmed signs that he wanted to race you - he just accelerated and deccelerated, and you judged his motives.

I see this as cop trying to turn America into a police state. It's obvious you got a rise out of seeing him get pulled over. Maybe I'm just more gracious toward my fellow man than you, but I wish there was more mercy than judgment from people.

I'm glad you called the cops on him. It's one thing for him to rev his engine, and another to try and push you off the road. I had a guy in an SUV do that once and I regret not calling the cops on him.

He was speeding up, slowing down, getting infront of me and slowing down, and everyone in the car was looking at us for some time. Like I said there is more than just what is in the video. Also, like I said I maintained 65 exactly the whole time...people don't decelerate, accelerate, then come into my lane for no reason. My girlfriend could have reached out the window and touched there car easily.
