Hey guys,

I just thought I'd pass along the shop that I got our tint done at. We've gotten nothing but compliments about how good the tint looks, and there was absolutely no BS going on at the shop.

Eclipse Window Tinting in Lafayette is who did ours, and he did all 5 windows (4 side and rear) for $170. No BS taking the doors off or all the other horror stories. Did it in 90 minutes or so. Lifetime warranty, top quality, etc. Quick, clean, professional and top notch work. I'd definitely recommend them if anyone is looking for a shop to do their tint.

So you got your tint done at Eclipse but your clear bra at All American? Does Eclipse do clear bra? Did you get your issues taken care of at All American?

I got my tint done at eclipse when we first picked up the car. Eric does do clear bra, however the kits he had was only the hood portion. He told me up front that as far as the whole front, he would recommend taking it to a shop that did the spray on clear bra, however those places actually remove the pieces from the car, something I was not cool with.

You can ask him about the clear bra and see what he says. All I know is his tinting is top grade!

I will be going back to All American on Friday to get the issues with the clear bra resolved...most likely removed, refunded and going to another place.

I have used Pro-Tint in Lakewood for many cars, and have had nothing but GREAT service and the Tint has lasted for years!!!

Check this place out. http://www.chipmagic.biz Spray on clear bra. They are about twice as much as a normal film clear bra, but no seams, can be repaired if scuffed, no orange peel. Just something that I am looking at.
