Question Coupe or convert?

I'm at a crossroads here, I have always drove a T-Top car and i love the open air feel and the looks it gets. I love to flaunt my car, but i need to know if the convert. as usual is gonna weigh more than the coupe, and is there and hope for T-Tops?

No hope of T Tops, and the Convert will probably weigh apx 150ish pounds more. But don't quote me on the weight, thats just a figure o've heard. I've also heard the car is strong enough without extra reinforcment for a convert.

Well luckily it doesn't get very cold here, and good point if they don't offer a hard top that makes a big difference. I'm only thinking about it for the cruising, I'll have my Army ACU's on and the top down, that would be bad ass. But on the other hand the added weight hurts the insatiable desire in me to race and the cloth's look hurts the appearance on a cold or rainy day. Not to mention it will probably require more maintenance.

I guess it would be tough to design T-Tops with that roof line, hmmm... oh well.

I am having the same issue. I have said for the last 2 yrs I am waiting for the vert. But a fully loaded RS/SS vert is gonna be out of this world price wise. These decisions are driving me mad.

i think when you look at pictures of the prepro convertible that it keeps the lines of the car AMAZINGLY well. and it looks 10x better then any other convertible with the top up.

Having a car with T-tops doesn't spontaneously cause you to grow a mullet you know.

Hardtop is aggressive, but the Convertible is topless...

I'd much rather have the topless one.
