Am I the only one with this issue? in between the ranges of 42-47 MPG, my drivers side mirror literally whistles from the wind. I have no idea what's causing it...is this a common thing?

Is that what I'm hearing? Mine is a vert and it does it top down or up. My wife can't tell. Mine does it at higher speeds than that.

I've noticed it too, but haven't tracked down where it's coming from. Could be the mirror.

Yes in both my 2010 and 2012 I hear this. Yes I believe it's the mirror. I also believe it's only when the window is most of the way down.

I had an issue with my 2013 when I bought it and they replaced the mirror gasket seal and haven't had the issue since.

Mine does also when I have both Windows and the sunroof open. Can't really tell what it's coming from but maybe it is the mirror

Kidding, mine can make a noise over 55 mph.

Ours does it too. However, as mentioned, it only seems to do it when the window is down partially and at a certain speed. I can live with little quirks as long as it isn't mechanical.

Huhh is that what that is..That whistle has been driving me nuts for months, trying to figure out where it was coming from. To me it sounds like its coming from the passenger side and seems amplified when I'm next to a high concrete guardrail or something. I haven't really heard it at to high speeds but average crushing speed there is a definite whistle. Other people think I am going nuts because they can't hear it.

Hmm.. Out of curiosity, for those who responded that yours also whistles..have you all waxed your cars? I'm thinking that could be a start to figuring out what's causing it

I do not get any whistle. But that might be because my car is unable to reach 42 miles per gallon. Best it will do is 25.

I hear a whistling as well, though its happened at slow and high speeds. I thought it was the radio when I first heard it.
