Custom Snow Performance Water/Methanol Install on Maggie 2010 SS
We just completed another Snow Performance Stage 2 water/methanol install on a customers 2010 SS L99 and thought I would share some photo's! The car has a Maggie, cam, full exhaust, ported TB and a custom converter in it, power numbers are to come once we get her back on the dyno!
We installed the controller and safe injection system in the cowl, easy to access when needed, but totally hidden and safe from the environment, heat etc! All the wires are run cleanly and nearly 100% hidden. As always, all wires are 100% protected with heat shrink, we also use the highest quality connectors so the whole system is modular and can come out in pieces without having to cut any wires which makes it easier for service in the future. One of the connectors that we use The customer wanted to use his existing washer fluid reservoir for the meth, so we made a custom bracket for the pump and modified the tank with a low level sender to work just as the supplied (smaller tank) would. The nozzle is near invisible when looking from the front of the motor Just a few other photo's of this awesome build! Hydro carbon Brembo's One-off custom wheels, staggered 22x11" and 21x9" Last edited by Erik@Torq; 03-07-2011 at 09:10 AM. |

Thanks guys for all the kind comments!
She is getting a few more things done to her right now and then a full custom dyno tune, stay tuned for numbers! It's a custom one-off hood with a seamless window/hood transition, pin stripe and LED's shining on that awesome Magnacharger. Quote:
