Headers, cai , slp pulley , 160 thermostat, vmax throttle body !! Or buy the headers nd dump the rest towards a sound system.

Headers with your choice of cats or no cats, CAI, Pulley with new belts, Tstat, retune. Then depending on how much is left depends on what else you could do.
