Check the front coils to see if they are making contact with the strut spring perch. Most have been corrected by re-seating the coil butt end to the stop in the perch. One or two 'modified' the spring perch by bending the edge out away from the point of contact with the coil. You'll be able to see the scrape marks on the coil powder coat or by checking with the weight of the car on the wheels.

Nope. go drive one. If you drive it and nothing happens, it's good to go. Not all cars experience the popping....just a few. for those few, it's a pain in the ass.

I think I'm going to get it! I love the look of it..... They tried to sell me on the convertible, but I dont think I want the hassle of a convertible. I didnt hear anything strange on the test drive either....

I've had convertibles before, and I've had my top cut about three times...... I just like hard tops better now......... Sounds like bull to you too huh? lol I think I love the convertible! Im going back tomorrow to see if they can locate a car with all the options I want....

Leave it unlocked and you don't have to deal with the razor blade slash to enter After three of four times over the years I just resigned myself to keeping the passenger area empty and the doors unlocked...

Cops never had a clue as to who did it! The crazy thing is my insurance company kept replacing the rims and fixing the car, but my dad finally made me get rid of the car cause he didnt want me to get car jacked!
