Disconnect the battery from what? The car or the actual programmer? There is just the module that plugs into the data port. Don't remember seeing a battery area?

The Car battery.

I know this can be frustrating and I appologize for your trouble, SCT is hard at work getting this fixed.

I am Happy to swap you out if that is what you want.

In the End, With a little patients I think you will be much happier with the iTSX.

hi ted, i just got your email reply. do you think chris will be sending the tracking number to soon, living in hawaii is a pain trying to get parts here, tracking them is the only way to stay sain waiting for parts. thanks for your help. i hope all the problems will be fixed before i get my sct itsx tuner.

He sent the tracking number the day of the shipment and also today check your spam filter..

Spoke with one of the techs at sct and they advised me to try a few things that the other guy never even bother telling me to try out. Im gonna try them out when I get off and see if it works.

Ted, i'm getting my itsx in today. is there anything i should do to it before i plug it into my car? and one more thing i can get only 92 octan in maui, can you tune for 92 octan? thanks.
