I have no idea what the name of the song is in the second clip, but I really like it!

AND,

I kept hoping that the movie, "The Red Baron" was going to make it to the big screen around here, but it never did. I'd still really like to get it on DVD though!

Yup, and I think they were screwed out of getting any royalties from the song because of the Rolling Stones

Not even. As I remember the story ... the Rolling Stones used another song and I think they bought the rights to it, presumably so that they wouldn't have to worry about paying royalties related to it. I don't know what the original was, or what song it was used in. Now, Bittersweet Symphony's melody is loosely based on a portion of that song (the original, not what the one that the Rolling Stone's recorded). It was all agreed to ahead of time that The Verve could use it so long as its not too similar to the original. Well, after it was completed the Rolling Stones said 'Nope ... too similar. You owe us now."
