In The Doghouse For Sure!

So there I was, minding my own business, kicking back in my EZ chair when a 5.6 mag Earthquake begins to shake the house. I was in the living room watching Saturday Night Live with the Missus when it happened.
I had my Camaro in the garage and my first thought was....to rescue my car from falling debris. I already had the key in my pocket so I ran to the garage and backed it out to the driveway. The shaking stopped before I even got into car but I continued on anyway just in case of an aftershock.
I heard my wife talking to her folks on the phone after the quake and she made sure to tell them that I rescued my car but left her high and dry in the living room.
She went to bed an hour later and locked the bedroom door. If anyone wants a report on the sleep quality of the Camaro back-seat, I will be reporting in the morning.

Good move... I hear that there were a couple aftershocks too. The wife should have followed you, you were leading the way to safety. What's wrong with her? LOL!

This just shows how much you love and trust your wife. You believed she was of strong will and fitness that her care was completely in good hands with her. You just went to save the thing that could not care for itself.

Give that line a shot and see if It flies?

Yea, 2 in one day in Oklahoma! We have tornados not earthquakes. My wife would prob. side w/you since it's her car but her first thoughts are always the kids. We're all meeting in Muskogee next Sat. Bring her out and she'll see how fanatical we are about our cars!
