Whats going on with Maureen @ Rodgers Chevrolet
I've heard nothing but good things about Maureen @ Rodgers Chevrolet so I gave her a call back on May 15. She asked to send her a PM with all my info. I told her that I was interested in ordering a set of painted ZL1 rockers. She PMed me that we were all set. A few weeks past I sent her a PM didn't get an answer. Called left a voice mail..still no answer. Finally a week later she PMed me saying there was problem in the paint shop. So I PMed her a week later for the status...still no answer... has anybody had this problem?

I understand she could be busy and I've asked other members on here and they got there stuff fairly quick but a Month has past. I would love to give her my business but I'm having second thoughts.

I ordered my rockers from her and it took awhile. I think 5+ weeks. I did tell her to take their time because it was more important to me to have them nice instead of rushing them out and not be happy with the paint.
I have a feeling that they are swamped, though. But, the rockers were painted perfectly with no sand marks or dust in the paint, and they were packaged very well. The paint match was spot on. I have no problem waiting for a quality product, so i am happy.

I know that when I ordered my rockers they were very busy in the paint dept from all the winter accidents and Maureen is also short handed in the parts dept. I'm sure all of these GM recalls don't help because that means a much larger influx of parts inventory to manage for all the recalled vehicles.
It did take a little time to get my ZL1 rockers but I did my project over the winter when I wasn't driving the car so I had plenty of time to wait and be patient. I've spoken with Maureen many times and I know she doesn't intend on not getting back in touch with you. I'm sure she is up past her eyeballs in work. I would suggest calling her in the mornings as she might be more likely to be at her desk to answer the call. Good luck and I know Maureen will come thru for you it's just sometimes they get very busy when their reputation precedes them!

I don't mean this thread to be a complaint...but merely a concerned. All I want is what any normal person on here wants...place an order for a product, pay for the product and have it delivered. It's that simple...am I asking for too much? The main problem here is communication, I wish Maureen would answer my PMs and voice messages.

You should have no worry with that, Maureen will come through. I have ordered several times from Rodgers and have also dealt with their service department and they are by the best experience I have ever had with any dealer. Maureen is my go to place for all GM parts.
