Halle: My First 5th Gen Camaro
Hey everyone My Name is Charlie, i'm a 20 y/o college student who just got their first Camaro LT RS a few days ago. I could never have imagined that i would receive this car, and I'm extremely grateful.
I named her Halle, after Halle Berry... so when people call i can say "I can't talk, I'm in Halle Berry right now." jp One question i have for you guys is, what is the first think you think i should do with my baby? Keep in mind that I'm a college student... on a college student budget... |

if you can afford it (gas, insurance, up keep) then more power to you.
if its going to be a burden.. then Id say trade it in for a bother car till you graduate and make more money

welcome, I think a good place to start would be upgrading the interior lights to LEDs or maybe some footwell lights.

Congrats!
I would start off with a cold air intake, most people start off with that. The intake will improve your fuel efficiency and will give the car a nice little rumble when you give it gas. |

Ported Throttle Body and a Cold Air Intake should be your first mods. The throttle body isn't expensive, and it'll give you a MUCH better throttle response time. The cold air will increase your RWHP and make your car much happier.

If you are in college and can afford a new camaro, you aren't "struggling" too bad.

How's that haterade taste? If he's like I was in college, he put every penny he has into having a nice car to drive, which doesn't leave a lot left for extras, but in my mind it was worth it.
