ANother update. I just got an appointment for a state referee to test the DB level of my car. I will be going in today. What's bananas is this freaking appointment will cost me $108. Damn, they get you coming and going in this state for mods. LOL

Bingo, I'm going to create a car that will be mostly, if not all street legal AND look good enough to enter car shows. Then, when I drive it and get pulled over, they need to have a really good reason. I may or may not fix the sidemarkers, as I don't think I'm willing to, but we'll see. I'll even make a magnetic removal front license plate bracket that allows me to take it off for car shows and simply put it back on to drive.

Haha, with my luck it wouldn't help as they'll probably use some sort of spikes.

I can't imagine you will have too much to worry about. The test is done at 50% to the redline and not WOT. Just make sure the sensor is put in the middle of the rear of the car, 3' behind you. My car is LOUD as HELL and I'm just a tick over legal when @ 50%, at WOT i'm 30dB too loud.

Good Luck!

Thanks! I sure as hell hope I pass. I don't want to keep changing shit on this car, lol. I've spent enough as it is, and I would have loved to see that money go towards something better. I'll let everyone know how it goes. I really appreciate it.

How are you liking the car?! I'm psyched that you got into forced induction. You must have a permagrin on, ha-ha-ha.
