I have a brand new Billy Joel concert shirt from his 2016 tour, it's never been worn. I bought it at his December 17th show in NY but it doesn't fit, it is size 3XL but runs small, I say it's closer to 2XL in true size. I paid $45 at the show for it and you can buy it from his web site for $41.68 shipped. I tried to return it to the website but they wouldn't accept it.

I'm asking $31 for it shipped. I've attached some pics and the link to it on the web site.
