I hear ya, thanks for the advice. Some movies are just louder than others.. The system I got is the ONKYO HTS9100THX 7.1 Channel Home Theater System (Black). http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16882120124

For a theater in a box, it seems to have the best overall reviews, even compared to more expensive Bose speakers which seem to lack bass but have great clarity and fidelity. I'm a musician so I hear things most people don't look for when listening. I'm very picky. I bought the Ultimate Ears V10's inner earphones for example since they offer the best portable sound for the price. I can't afford the really really good stuff, but perhaps one day I will. Till then I think these THX Onkyo's will be just fine.

WOW look at that price! Good deal

Looks to be pretty much the same setup as mine, yours will just have bigger speakers with obviously more power.. I love my Onkyo's. So far I have not had any complaints with them. My only problem is that I crave bass! So, my next system, will be a built in to the room design so I get great sound. Then I'm gonna have my friend ( who works at a home theatre installation company) set me up with some big bass that might please my ears. This guy sets up home theatres that cost, well more than a camaro. But he is going to get me everything at cost. so I'm saving.

Bose shmose!

I have watched it over and over and over since it came out on DVD.

The DVD extra stuff is good and director’s commentary is a must to really fill in the blanks.

Its an awesome flick. And as a diehard fan it was so easy to like.
You didn't feel like you were betraying your beloved version.
I can't wait for more.

I just hope they don't muck it up and understand they are now all type casted forever, forget any other job, your really enlisted in Starfleet till death. The only way out of it is to get to be unnamed crewman #3 in a red shirt, beaming down on a new strange planet

Cause Ill freak if they try a Batman move and use a new actor for each movie. That will kill it, in its tracks, even if it goes TV, has to be all the same people.

Star Trek - next generation

On cable here, Star trek - next Gen is shown every evening on Sci-Fi Channel 67 AND the BBC Channel 268.

I have to watch it, even if I've seen it before. Or I at least have it on to listen to it. I'm obsessed with star trek next gen. Likely always will be.

I'm waiting to see the episode where Lt. Barkley takes the ship to oblivion and then Picard meets "God" or some kind of supreme being.

I'm not a fan of the season which include Wesley Crusher. I like Beverly Crusher though. she is hot to me.

I don't like the star trek -next gen movies except for the one where Picard meets Kirk and they enter that ribbon which I believe they call the nexus. i am in shock that i remember it was called the nexus ribbon.

i'm not interested in the new rebooted star trek movies though I will still watch them. the first one was too over the top.

Hey, it's just a time travel deal! Not like we haven't seen that before in Trek!

Well, I neither like nor hate star trek. I didn't care for the series much, but then I never really tried to sit and watch it. I did however really like the movie!
