No they are not. In theory the Camaro is not a muscle car either, but people nowadays don't seem to know the difference.

Corvette = Sports car
Camaro = Pony car (almost a mix between a muscle car and a sports car)

It is called heritage, don't screw up something that is not broken. BTW how exactly does a first gen Corvette look like any other generation? The only generations that really look a bit similar is the C5 and C6.

If I could get an old stingray with the performance and handling of my Camaro or a modern Corvette I'd take it. Otherwise I prefer the looks of the Camaro over the new Corvettes

Voted Camaro. Keeping in line with the thread.... visually... I love the 1st gen muscle car feel. Really wish I had both to enjoy.

I think the Evil Mustang owners have some how screwed with the poll! It's got to be a conspiracy! LOL! Just kidding but I think there has to be a glitch in the Matrix. We need Neo or the One to fix the problem. I just think it's a little far fetched the Vette would be that far ahead especially on Camaro Forum. Wish they would fix the problem or start a new poll because I would like to see the actual numbers this pretty interesting competition!

After looking at the picture showing front view of both of them, I have to say I like the looks of the Camaro better. No disrespect for the vette as I love them too.

Both cars look great...but I think the Camaro has more personality and character that make it really unique...Thats why I voted Camaro

Not hatin on the vette by any stretch of the imagination, it's just that they have always been in production whereas here comes a brand new Camaro that we haven't seen any new of in the last 5 years..........it's eye-catching for sure............b/c most have not seen a new one...ever, unlike the vettes which we see everyday.

Both badass looking cars any way you look at it.

The 2010 Camaro is fresh and new..It has a presence while next to the Vette that the Vette cannot match. I think outside of this forum, the Camaro would have an even larger lead in this poll..
