Service guys are trying to play me...please help
Long story short, got a new headlight assembly for driver side two weeks ago, new lights in new assembly, both headlight and halo ring look yellow/incandescent compared to my older lights on my passenger side, the headlight looks true blue/white and halo looks white compare to new halo ring on other side.
On the lot I had a guy turn on the headlights on another rs camaro and both headlights look the same, true blue/white and I told them and they said they understand. Today they said they replaced the new assembly with another new assembly and it looks the same. So my questions are, 1) when a new assembly is ordered, does it come with bulbs installed for the halo ring and headlight? 2) I know you can swap the headlight bulb without removing assembly, can you also swap the bulb for the halo ring without removing assembly? I'm asking because I think I will park next to a rs on the lot next time I go there and will tell the guys either swap out the lights on the other rs and out in my new assembly or let me see what lights they are using. Thank you, just want my lights to one look the same and also not have yellow looking lights.

Side. It, already the service guy and the technician have already said, 1) gm told them it might be my old lights that have changed color, (lights don't go from yellow to blue), 2) my wiring might be shot, weak etc, 3) the assembly or lights might have fell and hit floor before they were installed,4) when you look at lights from different angles they look yellow sometimes( whether that's true or not, when you look at them head on they should look the same)

If you're really not happy, I'd just try a different dealer. Btw, who's your current dealer? I'm in NY too and it sounds like some stuff East Hills would pull.

They should be the same color, i think over time though the hid bulbs change color, but not yellow to blue, just slight difference in shades of blue. I think. The halos should always be the same color. Try a different dealer

Sounds like BS to me. Did the dealer use an aftermarket part?

Tell dealer to fix it period. they should both be blue so who cares if they tried another light. Its under warranty so tell them to fix it or you will call GM. There hoping you will just go away and accept there bs.

The halos are just an LED. If two different assemblies are "yellow", then I'd suspect a wiring/voltage issue.
