Painting Long Trim Center console piece
Anyone done this?
I was going to start sanding down but wanted to check here first. Looking to sand down to create smooth, shiny finish, not the textured look it has stock. Was thinking sand 60 them 80 them 100 and so on. Any tips? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2

I just laid vinyl on mine. Was concerned with paint cracking on the piece since it so flexible.

Heres mine my bud paints for a living. The guys at the shop thought he was crazy at the aggressive grit he was using to get it smoothed.

Those side pieces are so easy to take off and put back on, I am probably gonna have mine hydrodipped to match my other stuff
