Badlands Cruise

Hey All!!! We have started an impromtu cruise for the Weekend of 27-28 September to Drumheller and the Badlands. This is a two day cruise for some and for others it will just be on the Sunday. The plan as it stands for now is that Richard LaVerne Bush Jr. (RedBaron) will be leading the Saturday cruise that will be overnighting at the Ramada Inn in Drumheller and Myrna and I, With the help of several others, will be gathering up cars coming out of Brooks, Calgary, Edmonton and Czar to meet at Beiseker for Sunday morning at 9:00am to meet up with the overnighters either at Beiseker for those that can get up that early and at the World's Largest Dinosaur right in Drumheller for those that need the extra sleep. This is an open cruise and we have invited the Firebird's, Chevelle's, Corvette's, the Dodge's, Challenger and Charger and we have even thrown out the peace treaty to the Mustangs and Foreign slot cars, like the Nissan from last year. (Cool car and way fast) We will add an update as to times and the information is available on Facebook at Central Alberta Camaro Owners and Edmonton Firebird and Camaro Club and Southern Alberta Muscle, hope I got those all right.

You bet! I have been contemplating this now for over a year and I finally had the guts to pull the trigger. Pretty good chunk of change but totally worth it. I just wish I did this in may!

Yes, its on my Camaro todo list for "someday" as well. I'm just about to order ARH headers and exhaust though!

For those that are interested in going down to Drumheller on Saturday Sept 27th for an over night cruise, we are meeting in Red Deer at the Rusty Pelican restaurant at noon leaving at 12:30. We are going to be heading over to Stettler AB stopping at the train station. Then off to Big Valley AB this is the point where the train stops and there are some historic markers also a few interesting buildings one that houses an old car collection and automotive memorabilia. From there we are heading out through the river valley over the Tolman Bridge and come in the east side of Trochu AB down to Three Hills stop at the A & W than come back along Hwy 27 and down into Drumheller ending at the Ramada Inn. In the morning those that wish to get up early and head out to Beiseker AB to meet up with the rest of the group need meet Jim Mitchell at Lazy Ace Saloon at 9 am for Sept 28

I live outside of Camrose Alberta, and just bought a new 2SS 1LE rs Camaro and think this would be an awesome thing to do. And since I heard you will also allow mustangs maybe my wife will drive the Mustang and I will drive the Camaro. Keep us up to date?
