Very simple process that any reputable company would require.

Been there, done that! Whats needs to happen is your employees needs to be on the same page and know their jobs These forums do not lie! I was told different things from different people from TWO different organizations. AAC-Phasteck.

I have the same light that I ordered thru phastek, hope mine doesnt do the same thing. Hope you get this figured out

did you buy through phastek performance online? or call. can you contact your bank to find out the date was purchased and how much you paid for it?that way you can supply the date it was purchased for and how much. because technically no receipt, they think you got it from jo blow off the street and trying to get it replaced. its not there fault. it does suck though. go on ebay and get the knight rider light from china $20 free shipping AND 7 colors

WOW! I have purchased several things from AAC for my wife's car and I had one issue. Which was handled very nicely. Sorry to hear about your experiance. I hope you can get it resolved.

Hey bud, sorry to hear about your frustrations with that product. I'm sure Oracle/AAC will get you taken care of, they always do.

As far as us having a record of your order, we keep everything. Your Receipt will actually have your order number on it. If you don't have the email copy of your receipt, I can send you another one with a click of a button; we can look up your account by your: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, etc etc etc. Give me a call or send me a PM with your name and I will send you your receipt, order number, date of purchase, history of purchases, etc etc.
