Dyno or KR/advance differences between 91 & 93 octane gas?

Unfortunately here in Wichita we're stuck with 91 octane :(

Has anyone dynoed the difference or logged differences between advance rates (after knock retard) when using 91 compard to 93 octane?

I'm trying to figure out if it would be worthwhile to get some race gas to blend with the 91, or order a bunch of Torco to blend it up to 93 octane.

On a side note....anyone have any good OR bad experience with Torco?

Higher octane gas is to stop detonation. Your SS is designed to run efficiently on 91. Unless it is detonating and the sensors are making the timing retard, there should be absoloutely no difference in horsepower.

I don't know. But I can tell you I definetly can tell a difference when I run 94 ocatne. The car feels more "snappy" if you will.
