Woolmank - I've been thinking about removing my wrap...looking at yours REALLY makes me want to do it. However, I'd REALLY miss that distinctive "black" hood...it really differentiates the 1LE from the rest of the Camaro's on the street. Have you thought of painting the hood black...that's what I'm thinking.

Agreed wrap is the main thing right off the bat that sets the 1LE apart...and the non-glare of the wrap is ideal when driving

I've been driving cars for 43 years and have never been bothered by glare off of a hood. I get more glare off my head than anything.

I love my wrap gone. At first I missed it. Like alot.But looking down the hood at that AGM paint is way better to me.
Yes having the black hood totally makes it a different car cause first glance peoole dont know its a 1LE
guess what... I dont care what other people think.

and no. I don't think im gonna paint it. Not gonna do any strips I dont think. I like the plain look..
I cant wait for blackout kit for the rear. Thats about all I'll do
I was thinking of red rally strips on one side. But can't decide.

I second the confusing state of mind when it comes to wrap or no wrap. I love it when it looks good, hate it when it looks like crap, need to find a better quality wrap, I think that would make all the difference.

I'm an engineer, but I don't work for GM. It's easier, and less expensive to paint the hood and then wrap it. A paint defect of any type would be a quality issue.

You can plasti dip the whole hood very easily and it will hold up well.
