Anyone else have rattle with BA system?

Hey guys,

I've had it with the driver side door panel rattling due to the BA system. I know it's the driver side door panel because if it's rattling and I push my hand on it, the rattling is reduced significantly. My system isn't even on loud. Max I ever go is 15 volume and 6-8 on the bass.

Anyone else have this issue?

Is this something Chevy will warranty? Or do I have to fix this out of my own pocket?

Does anyone know what the fix would even be?

Thanks!

P.S. Search led to some threads, none of which were ever resolved

I had two rattles fixed in the first two months I had my ride. Both were not related to the stereo, but if it activates that easily, I would be at the dealership instantly.

It would probably be easy to fix if just a rattle, and if something is actually loose/broken in there, better sooner than later.

I take warranties very seriously.

Take it to the dealership and see what they say. I don't have the BA system (Took me a second to realize it meant Boston Acoustics - I was thinking "Bad Ass" ) and regularly take mine to 20-22 levels with no rattles.

I have the exact same rattle, same door!! I push my hand on it, and it stops for a few sec. I'll be taking mine in to get it fix with the first oil change.

My driver door started buzzing a few months ago. Most of my rattling is the rear deck; been happening since day one.

My rattle is from the rear package tray. The door speakers are fine.

I can be jamming with bass from my W6 and outside their none of the normal rattle you hear coming from other cars. And the inside sounds even better. No rattle anywhere.

I apologize for the dissatisfaction you may be experiencing with your driver side door panel. The best thing to do is to just check with your dealership to see if they are able to fix the issue. Please let me know what they were able to do for you.
