painting the engine cover today
heres some pics although not completely finished. trying to waste some time while its drying a bit. pic 1 is masked and primed with adhesion spray. pic 2 first coat gm IOM spray can and so on. finished pic later after clearcoat.

I would paint the lettering silver or black, there may even be stickers available on ebay for that

Looks good, next time use the green auto tape ... You will get less bleeding with it.

why did my post get moved? it was perfect for general discussion, i was getting feedback and i dont know about other people but i like to see this kind of stuff in the general section. it shouldve been moved to the how to section if anything.

Looks Great Thanks for the how too and posting the materials I'm gonna do this soon how easy was it? and just to get this right you used the adhesion spray first then the IOM then the Acrylic?
