Cons about 2.5 upper

alright guys im getting ready to order the 2.5 upper pulley, before i do just want to know if i should be expecting any issues after i do this mod. i am bone stock other than full exhaust and CAI. also the stock injectors should be ok for the pulley swap im guessing? i am also going to put an Elite catch can on at the same time.

A 2.55 will put you at 18% overdriven with stock lower. . Too much for stock injectors.

it is so much easier to change the lower. Just my .02 cents. Also bigger lowers help with belt wrap and reduce the chance of the belt slipping

Anything over 10% needs new injector

I would only do the upper if you are already planning to disassemble the blower, like to do the isolator or ported snout.

You could do a 5% lower now and when you are ready for injectors do a bigger lower.

Also just my .02 cents

The 2.5 upper is a great mod, I did mine because I had to replace the isolater. I have zero belt slip. You will need some injectors though (ID850+).

With Kooks LT (cats), 2.50 pulley, CAI, Injectors mine made 605RWHP / 588RWTQ (SAE) hot with only 20 degrees of timing. It made 15PSI through cats and since then I've removed the cats and it makes 14PSI of boost.
