New Rotors/New Pads - Thumping Noise

I changed my rotors and pads earlier today on the front. Also bleed all four corners.

I just went to drive and bed them but I get a thumping noise I can hear and feel on the brake pedal. Also think I can hear it on the drivers side, but not 100%. The rotor are dealer rotors and the pads akebono for daily driving.

Bad rotor? Bad pads? Should I remove the pads and double check they are seated?
