There was another member in Cape May NJ that had he same issue. Lost a lot of money on the 2013 that was in their garage

*OFF TOPIC* But, I always wondered, does the comment go on top of the quote, or under it?
 I always comment on my pictures on top of the picture, so I do the same with quotes. Not everyone does it like that, just wondering!!
