I had a local painter spray my wheels bowties and rings around tail lights. they are all charcoal with red trim.

+1 I like some contrast also. Just not tons of chrome. I like the idea of the red bowtie, red ring around the wheels and maybe red brake calipers

Eventually, I'll change my wheels to mostly black with chrome lips or something...

mine's black. Looks mean. the red ss' and brembo logos are good accents. I tinted the windows too and it beautiful. I highly recommend that combo.
