Selling nearly new JBA shorties, i just bought a set of SW long tubes.

the JBA shorties have been CARB certified, give them a call. They used my car to get the certs done

I can verify what BuffNShine says. I've pM'd with someone from JBA and he verified they have the CARB for the shorties. My Camaro was used my FAST for CARB cert of their LSXR intake and I know it took them about 3 months to get the CARB stickers. There was no "plate". You'll get a carb sticker that is supposed to be put next to the emissions sticker under the hood. Whether or not you can get replacements, don't know. I did get 2-3 (my wife sent them to me in Afghanistan but I haven't opened the pack) so its likely you can get them.
