Just got back from the dealer installing a new sunroof air-dam assembly. Mine was catching on the roof opening when closing - very aggrevating. Seems okay now.

Told y'all about the need to have Fuel Pressure Sensor reprogrammed during my vacation last week. I mentioned this to my local service tech this morning and that I was experiencing a slight "pulsing" at gradual acceleration (but nothing as bad as you described earlier) and to please check it.

They checked it/drove it... I now have a new torque converter on order, too. Five to eight days arrival. Five hours to install.

I must confess, I'm getting a little skeptical as well. At least it's all under warranty (so far).

I just dropped mine off . I hope your 5 -8 day arrival is right. I was told 3-5 only to find the part was back ordered. It took a few weeks to get.

Nope. Not a word about mods. I didn't ask though...

I got my Camaro back today! It was an amazing drive home. No more hesitation. This whole ordeal has kind of opened my eyes about keeping a warranty.

Did they tell you what was the problem? Is it an issue on all v6s?

They never said what was wrong with it. I only assumed it was something with the internal blading.

MistyBlu, I would not worry about your car. Being a manual transmission you don't have a torque converter, you have a clutch and pressure plates. It'll be smooth sailing

Just to add. I started to notice this same thing on my 2012 last week. As of now, I have about 15.5K on the meter. Car shakes just as I start up a hill, or any time just between low rpm and that moment of shifting up to gain some speed. Looks like I will be going to the dealer today to get it checked.

Don't sweat it, brother. I've seen new cars that don't work come right off of the truck that way. I don't care if it cost $10k or $1M, man-made machines can and do break. That's why there's warranty.

Update. Took my car to the dealer yesterday and it turns out it is the torque converter. Now I'm being advised that it will take time to get the part. No time frame was given. I don't want my car in the dealer for a month. This sucks.

That was on 7-10. My TC came in Monday and I'm dropping my car off in the morning (Thursday) for her four-five hour surgery. I'll let y'all know how things turn out.
